Phantom is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who had a hard start to life.  He was diagnosed with Valley Fever at a young age and his titer was extremely high.   Phantom, however, is a fighter and he has made a dramatic comeback.  Now that he feels better, he has resumed flyball training and is the most vocal dog on the field.  He rather sounds like a Bloodhound on a trail.  He also is a Beast on the field and on his tug - hence his nickname of The Beast.   Phantom is a racer and has a really quick box if he thinks the opponent is close.  Things are coming together for the silly nut and we expect him to be a major player on the team - just like his Uncle Klondike.  Phantom loves to run for mom, but he's also run for at least four other people, which makes him a really versatile guy!

When he's not running flyball  Phantom likes to sit on things.
He loves to play and will lie in wait for a passerby to jump on.  Then, the game's afoot!
Red Dog over green grasss - what could be more scenic?
On occasion, Phantom gets caught up in the race and forgets to bring his ball - Hey, Big Red --- where's the ball?!
...that's more like it.
His box is a work in progress - but the faster he gets, the faster it gets...
Phantom is the height dog on our multibreed team.  Eleven inches is nothing for this boy...
What can I say?  He's my silly nut!
Phantom also enjoys racing for Judge Dave.
Phantom has added a bit of intensity to his game.
